Who we are

This website is run by Manglar LLC, Suite 306B, 1601 N Palm Ave, Pembroke Pines, FL 33026, United States (“Manglar”, “we”). For any privacy question, write to hello@manglar.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers manglar.com, its pages in English, Spanish and Portuguese. It does not cover the Manglar platform at maps.manglar.com, the services we provide under contract, or other websites we link to: each has its own terms.

What we collect

We receive the personal data you choose to send us: when you write to one of our email addresses, or when you use a form on this site. Our forms send your answers to Manglar's servers over an encrypted connection; you choose what to fill in and must agree before sending. That can include your name, company, email, phone number, country and what you tell us about your work. Our servers also record technical data about each request: the page, the time, your browser type, the site that referred you and your IP address, shortened before it is stored. We use these records to keep the site and its forms working, protect them from abuse, and count visits in aggregate, for example how many people read a page or which sites send us visitors. We keep them for 90 days, and we don't use them to identify you.

This website doesn't use third-party analytics, advertising tools or tracking cookies. Your browser keeps one setting for this site, your language, so pages open in it next time; it stays on your device. To show our typefaces, your browser loads them from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request; Google's privacy policy applies to it.

How we use it

To answer your message or request, prepare a demo, set up a free trial (including your access to the Manglar platform, which has its own terms), evaluate a partner application and keep in touch about it. We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for automated decisions about you.

Legal basis

We process your data with your consent, given when you contact us, and to take the steps you ask for before any agreement. Depending on where you live, local data protection laws may give you more rights; we honor them.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that host our servers and run our email and business tools for us, under confidentiality. Some of them may store data outside your country.

Where your data is processed

This site is run by Manglar LLC, a US company, so data you send us is processed in the United States and by our providers, wherever they store it. By contacting us, you agree to that transfer.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to answer you and keep a record of our conversation, or until you ask us to delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, update or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@manglar.com. Tell us your name, what you are asking for and how to reach you; we may ask you to confirm your identity before acting. We answer within the time the law that applies to you requires, and free of charge. If you aren't satisfied with our answer, you can contact your local data protection authority.

Tracking and Do Not Track

This site doesn't track you, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. No third party collects information about your activity across websites through this site.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Security

We protect the data you send us with reasonable technical and organizational measures, and limit access to the people who need it to answer you.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we post the new version on this page with a new date below; changes apply from that date.
